How much is it worth?


The first step is often getting a realistic valuation. When looking to appoint an estate agent you may receive valuations with perhaps one appearing higher than the others do. We typically launch all properties for sale with premium listings on Rightmove to make sure your property stands out from the crowd and your property will benefit from an exclusive full page advertisement in the Royston Crow. All properties are provided with floor plans.


First impressions make a difference, the reason we use high quality sales brochures. The information covers floor plans, clear photography with a tripod to increase sharpness and clarity, a range of location maps, house plot details, local information, measurements and comprehensive descriptions.


We will tailor a marketing package to suit your needs. For the majority of vendors a range of marketing methods is put together to create a controlled balance of advertising, ensuring maximum exposure to be seen by as many potential buyers as possible. By advertising in local papers, we ensure your property reaches over 13,000 households within town and around.


We also monitor potential buyers who have viewed your property online and compare with details sent direct to our buyers database to quantify the number of viewings the activity has generated.
