How much is it worth?
The first step is often getting a realistic valuation. When looking to appoint an estate agent you may receive valuations with perhaps one appearing higher than the others do. This is possibly because the agent is trying to ‘’buy your business”. This is something we will not do. If the valuation is too unrealistically high the property will not sell and you will waste your time and potential money if you have to dramatically cut the price.
Prior to visiting the property we carry out significant market research looking at a range of local comparable properties. Our attitude is not to ‘Tell you’ what your property is worth. We prove it to you.

All properties are provided with floor plans.
